About Arkady Itkin
Arkady Itkin is a civil litigation attorney specializing in employment law, personal injury, and business litigation, licensed to practice law in the State of California and Northern U.S. District Court. He specializes in handling personal injury, employment and business/contractual claims.
Mr. Itkin graduated from University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law, and received his undergraduate degree in Philosophy at San Francisco State University.
Prior to, and while attending law school, Mr. Itkin worked as a paralegal and a law clerk in several prominent civil litigation law firms in San Francisco and Sacramento, specializing in personal injury, employment law, and business litigation cases. During his career, Mr. Itkin was also involved in working in several complex taxation and anti-trust cases and research assignments.
Mr. Itkin is fluent in Russian and Hebrew and is a member of American Bar Association, San Mateo County Bar Association, Sacramento Bar Association, California Employment Lawyers Association, ARAG, and EEOC panel.
