About Arkady Itkin
Arkady Itkin is a civil litigation attorney specializing in employment law and wrongful termination claims, personal injury, and business litigation, licensed to practice law in the State of California and Northern U.S. District Court. He specializes in handling personal injury, employment/wrongful termination, and business/contractual claims.
Mr. Itkin graduated from University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law, and received his undergraduate degree in Philosophy at San Francisco State University. Prior to, and while attending law school, Mr. Itkin worked as a paralegal and a law clerk in several prominent civil litigation law firms in San Francisco and Sacramento, specializing in personal injury, employment law, and business litigation cases.
During his career, Mr. Itkin was also involved in working on several complex taxation and anti-trust cases and research assignments for legal publications. Mr. Itkin is fluent in Russian and Hebrew. He is a member of American Bar Association, Labor and Employment Section of the Bar, San Francisco and Sacramento Bar Associations, California Employment Lawyers Association, and Consumer Attorneys of California Association.
