About Attorney Arkady Itkin
Arkady Itkin is a civil litigation attorney specializing in a wide ranger of employment related claims and wrongful termination cases, personal injury cases, and business litigation (drafting contracts and representing individuals and businesses in contractual disputes). He is licensed to practice law in the State of California and Northern and Esatern U.S. District Courts.
Mr. Itkin graduated from University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law in 2007, and received his undergraduate and graduate degree in Philosophy with the emphasis on Greek/Roman philosophy at San Francisco State University. Prior to, and while attending law school, Mr. Itkin worked as a paralegal and a law clerk in several prominent civil litigation law firms in San Francisco and Sacramento, including the firm of Choulos, Choulos and Wyle in San Francisco, and the legal deparment of Union Pacific Railroad Copmany in Sacramento.
Mr. Itkin is a member of American Bar Association, Labor and Employment Section of the California Bar, San Francisco and Sacramento Bar Associations, California Employment Lawyers Association, and Consumer Attorneys of California Association. He is a frequent speaker at continuing legal education classses for attorneys throughout Northern California.
Arkady is fluent in Hebrew and Russian. In his free time, he enjoys playing and watching tennis, reading, writing, mixing music, and photography (415photos.com).
