Title VII Litigation 

We have been relentlessly fighting for the rights of those employees in San Francisco and throughout California, who have been fired in violation of their Title VII rights, after their requests for a religious exemption from the employers' Covid-19 vaccination requirement have been denied without sufficient reason.   

Pursuing these cases requires careful evaluation of the unique facts and circumstances of each termination to determine whether there is sufficient basis to make a claim. The hearing below before the 9th Circuit is just one example of the subtleties with which the lawyers and the court have to grapple when interpreting Title VII and its application to Covid-19 litigation.
